We’ve been responsible for the number.
Breakaway was built by people who have sat in operating roles at StockX, Amazon, and GoFundMe. We have owned growth targets, launches, customer experience, CRM, and the systems behind them. We know what it means to make a tradeoff with imperfect information, defend an investment, explain a miss, and be accountable when the number moves the wrong way.
Why Breakaway exists
Most companies don't fail because they lack tools. They fail in the spaces between them.
A lead raises a hand and nobody follows through. A patient leaves with nothing clear to take home. A customer who already said yes goes quiet, and the business doesn't notice until the revenue is gone.
Growth advice usually answers that with more: more leads, more platforms, more AI sold as replacement. Busywork gets dressed up as strategy. The part customers actually pay for, care, service, advice, trust, gets squeezed into the leftover hours.
Breakaway exists for a different bet. We find the constraint that's taxing the human work. Then we build the system that removes it. We use AI and automation to kill the busywork, the chasing, the re-keying, the forgotten handoffs, so owners and teams can stay in the work that builds trust.
Keep the human where the relationship is the product.
Not to add another layer of GTM noise. To make follow-through hold, so care and service don't depend on heroics.
Find the constraint. Fix the system. Breakaway.
Founder-led, and honest about it
Breakaway is a small firm. You work with the people who built the methodology, and the same people who scoped the engagement are the ones doing it.
StockX · Amazon · GoFundMe
Growth, launches, customer experience, CRM, and the systems behind them, at companies where the numbers were large and the scrutiny was larger.
Small, direct, in the details
We do not staff engagements with people you have not met. We do not send a deck and disappear. We do open your CRM.
Work that starts with the tool
If the engagement is “implement this platform” with no diagnosis behind it, we will say so. Sometimes the answer is that you need the platform. We would rather find out first.
Credentials, and what they mean for you
These are evidence, not the story. Each one covers a discipline the work depends on.

GTM OS Certified Partner
Certified by GTM Partners in the GTM Operating System, an eight-pillar framework for checking a growth plan against what the company can execute. For you it means we look at the whole motion, from who you sell to through retention and expansion, before deciding which part to fix.
Attio Expert Partner
Formal partner status for modern CRM strategy, architecture, implementation, and workflow design. For you it means the CRM work is done by people the vendor trusts to do it, and the structure we build reflects how the platform actually behaves rather than how the brochure says it does.

Stack Certified AI Consultant
Third-party validation of practical AI and automation capability. For you it means we know the technology well enough to be skeptical of it. We can tell the difference between an AI workflow that changes how work gets done and one that decorates a process nobody redesigned.

CCXP
Certified Customer Experience Professional. Customer journey design, experience measurement, voice of customer, and cross-functional handoffs as a professional discipline. For you it means the operating model we design is judged by what the customer experiences, not only by what the dashboard shows.

Product Marketing Leadership
Certified by the Product Marketing Alliance. Positioning, messaging, launch, and sales enablement as a discipline. For you it means the go-to-market work starts with who the buyer is and what they need to hear, and the system we build carries that message the same way across marketing, sales, and service.
